Training program from the September 2023 Shred. 4 weeks long, focused on progressive overload, 5 workouts per week with a 6th day that is optional cardio. Both home and gym options are included. Workouts take 45 min to an hour to complete. Split is 2 leg days, back/biceps, shoulders/chest/triceps, and full body.
